This is when the seller is selling you a property with no warranty or guarantee that the property is actually the seller's. They are just saying that they are selling to you whatever interest they have in the property (which may be none).If someone is giving this to you, then I wouldn't be too concerned. If you are buying property, then I would suggest getting a different type of deed that insures the seller owns the property.Good luck!
